How does pricing work?
Plans start at $299/mo for Starter, with Professional and Enterprise tiers above that. Every plan includes the chat widget, AI qualification, document analysis on Pro+, and the lead dashboard. See the pricing page for the full breakdown plus add-ons (AI phone, demand letters, SEO content, landing pages).
How long is the free trial?
14 days, no card required to start. We'll email reminders 5 days and 2 days before the trial ends. If you add a payment method during the trial, your selected plan kicks in automatically when it expires; otherwise the dashboard goes into a grace state until you choose a plan.
What CRMs do you integrate with?
Native Clio integration is live (auto-creates Contact + Matter + structured Notes + uploads documents). Generic webhook + Slack push work for any other CRM. Native MyCase, Filevine, and Lawmatics integrations are on the roadmap.
What languages does the AI speak?
29 languages out of the box on the chat widget AND the AI phone intake line — English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Filipino, and Swahili. Visitors pick from a language menu in the widget; the phone line auto-detects from the caller's first sentence.
Where is my data stored?
US-region Postgres (Neon). Visitor PII (names, phone numbers, emails on lead records) is encrypted at the application layer with AES-256-GCM before it touches the database. See the privacy policy for the full data handling details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month with no cancellation fees. If you cancel, your data stays accessible through the end of your billing period; export tools let you take a CSV of every lead + full transcripts before you go.
Is the AI giving legal advice?
No. The intake AI is explicitly instructed never to give legal advice, never promise the firm will take the case, and never predict outcomes. It collects facts and qualifies leads — attorneys make every legal judgment. Visitors see this disclosed before their first message.
Do you have a white-label option?
The widget uses your firm's name and brand color. The footer shows "Powered by CasePlus AI" — we keep that link as a soft attribution. Full white-label (no attribution) is available on Enterprise plans; email sales to discuss.
How do I install the widget on my website?
One line of HTML: <script src="https://widget.caseplus.ai/caseplus-widget.js" data-firm="your-slug"></script>. Settings → Widget in the dashboard generates the exact snippet for your firm with copy-paste install instructions for WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, and raw HTML.
Will it integrate with my phone system?
Yes via the AI Phone Intake add-on. We provision a dedicated Twilio number (or you can forward your existing line) and an ElevenLabs voice answers 24/7 in 29 languages. Calls flow into the same lead pipeline as web intake.
